If you possess a department-owned device (laptop or desktop) which is primarily kept off-campus, you must regularly run the Software Center application while connected to the UFL VPN in order to allow updates to push through to the device and keep your device status active within the domain. Failure to do this can result in frequent system errors, future update issues, and Windows stating the license is expiring.
