What was involved/what was your role during your internship?

I was a packaging engineering co-op on the innovation and renovation team (new product launches). I worked on brands like Coffee-mate and Tollhouse.

What was the best/your favorite part about completing this internship?

My favorite part of the internship was having the opportunity to travel, either to attend ship tests, factory trials, or Nestle events.

What are the benefits of an internship?

The benefits of an internship are that you get the experience that companies will look for when applying to full-time jobs. You also learn more about the industry that you may enter after graduating and are able to expand your network/make connections.

Why would you recommend internships to other students?

Getting an internship may help you decide if that kind of role is something you would want to do full-time or if you might want to shift your focus to a different industry.
