Andrea Ruiz
Student Intern, EARTH University (Costa Rica)
Andrea was the first student intern we received from the UF-EARTH University bilateral agreement. Her interests were in sustainable agriculture and the environment. She worked with our group and Dr. Bruce Schaffer's for 4.5 months at the end of 2001.
Andrea graduated with a B.S. from EARTH university and currently works on a waste management project for an Agricultural Group in Costa Rica.
