External Advisory Board
The CRS Advisory Board serves as a consulting body for CRS, offering expertise and support to the Center's initiatives. The board, consisting of five members from relevant government and private organizations, plays a pivotal role in providing strategic counsel to CRS leadership and shaping CRS's vision, mission, and short and long-term objectives associated with the practical application of remote sensing and geospatial AI technologies in agriculture and natural resources.
The board assists in the formulation of educational programs, courses, and training workshops related to remote sensing and GIS, ensuring alignment with research and practical applications needs.
Board members are not just advisors but also catalysts for collaboration. They facilitate partnerships with academic institutions, research and government agencies, and industry stakeholders. This collaborative approach helps us to raise awareness about remote sensing applications, making our work more effective and far-reaching.
