Bhimsen Shrestha completed his bachelor’s degree in agriculture at the Agriculture and Forestry University in Nepal in 2020. He obtained his MS degree in Plant and Environmental Science from New Mexico State University in 2023, where his research focused on varying irrigation and nitrogen rates to improve water and nitrogen use efficiencies in potato crops. After completing his MS studies, he joined the Precision Water Management lab under Dr. Vivek Sharma to evaluate Mobile Drip Irrigation (MDI) technology and its environmental and economic impacts on corn production in North Florida.
